Your new role

• Assist the founders with a wide range of daily tasks involved in building the company
• Prepare and organize meetings, including follow-ups
• Support the development and execution of company strategy
• Playing a crucial role in driving and executing various strategy-related projects and initiatives
• Being responsible for a wide range of tasks including market analysis, business planning, partnership management, strategy development, and end-to-end implementation
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and meetings for the management board, advisory board, and external partners/sales

Your profile

• Education: An academic background in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, ideally at the end of your bachelor's or already in your master's degree
• Experience: Previous practical experience in areas such as management consulting, strategy/business development, or project management, and a desire to expand your knowledge during a min. 3-month internship
• Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, like to think critically and work through challenges, and have a willingness to take initiative and responsibility for projects
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail
• Language skills: Excellent communication skills and fluent language proficiency in German and English
